Returns

Unless otherwise stated, you have the right, after receiving the order, without giving any reason, within a period of 7 working days to return the articles . However the articles have to be delivered in an unaffected state at Koh-I-Noor. If this aspect is not observed we can unfortunately not take back the articles and the payment cannot be undone. This in accordance with the law on distance selling.

Would you return the entire order? Already accepted articles you should return it to the following return address. Diamanten-winkel.nl/kohinoor.nl will send the whole purchase price back, including the calculated shipping cost . The shipping costs for the return are for your account.

Also when returning a portion of your order are the shipping charges for your account. The purchase price of the returned part of the order will be refunded to you. Shipping costs are not refundable.

All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made in writing to diamaten-winkel.nl/kohinoor.nl. This can be done via email or post. You need at least your full name and order number.

For the refunding of sums already paid, we also need your bank account number. Customers from Belgium or EU should also mention the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their own bank. Note: the account that you specify for the repayment must be equal to the account for which you did the payment to Koh-I-noor. This  related to any fraud refunds. Any sums already paid be refunded to you within up to 14 days

 

There is no refund claim if the product:

– is not notified in writing
– used and worn is
– damaged

– product has been altered by composition
– not in the original packaging is returned
– not good and solid is packed by return and/or the original purchase note is missing.

If at a return one or more of the above conditions are true, or otherwise in the law, then there will be charges for returning/cancelling your order. The height of this will be estimate and established by Koh-I-Noor.
