DELIVERY IN THE NETHERLANDS

Koh-i-Noor Diamonds always delivers orders within the Netherlands by registered mail through the package service of Postnl. This means that you need to sign a receipt. We kindly ask you to take this in mind by specifying the delivery address (home or work).

We strive to process orders directly to the next working day. The delivery time is 1-2 working days by direct payment. In the weekend orders are processed on Monday.

For orders above the €200,-euro no shipping fee will be charged. For orders lower than €200,-euro your contribution is  €4.95.

NOT AT HOME?

Postnl offers your order twice to your delivery address. If you are not at home the second time to receive your order, the packet is delivered to the nearest Post Office. There you can pick it up within 3 weeks upon presentation of your proof of identity.

VIEW ORDER AND SHIPMENT STATUS ONLINE

You can check the status of your order (s) always found under ‘ order status ‘ in your account. Should the delivery time takes longer, you will receive a message as soon as possible.

Your order has the status “sent”, but you still haven’t received anything after 3 working days? Please contact us, we then find out the delivery status of your order at Postnl.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Koh-i-Noor Diamonds also delivers internationally. As a resident of the European Union you can order directly via our online ordering system. On the basis of your address you will get an indication of the shipping costs and delivery time.
